The standalone program is available for free.

A single user license of the Resize Magic plugin costs US$ 25. You can order online with your credit card. A key will be emailed to you instantly after your payment has been accepted: the same key works for both the OS X and Windows versions. With the key you can unlock the software to remove all limitations. The credit card processing is done on the secure servers of ShareIt (who handle orders for thousands of software authors).

If you don't wish to pay by credit card, you can choose from several other payment options, such as bank transfer, at the bottom of the order form. In that case your registration key will be sent after your payment has been received, which may take several days.
